One week and counting...

Fellow graduates, we are now one week away from our reunion celebration! This is the FINAL reminder for the reunion and your last opportunity to purchase tickets.

We have to provide a headcount to Harvest Moon no later than June 15th. If you are planning on attending, even if you want to pay the additional costs at the door, please respond to the evite ASAP so that we can get an accurate headcount or send me a message at ahs1996@gmail.com to let me know you (or you and a guest) will be attending.

$45/person and $80/couple in advance
$55/person and $100/couple at the door (if available)

Since the event is one week away, it is too late to send in a check. You can pay using paypal at the reduced ticket price from now until Thurs. If we do not have your payment by Thurs. (6/15) then we will assume you are choosing to pay at the door. Only CASH and CHECKS will be accepted at the door. Even if you are paying at the door, you MUST respond so that we have a headcount! If you are undecided about coming, please let us know that too so that, again, we can plan accordingly.

One Month To Go...

As you know, reunion time is fast approaching! June 17, 2006 is only ONE MONTH AWAY for the big event. We will have a family picnic at Cheehaw Park at 11am and then the adult party will be at Harvest Moon that evening. TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW!!! As a reminder, tickets are $80/couple or $45/person in advance. This is to cover the Saturday night activities, venue, food and drinks, dj, decorations and other misc. event planning costs. (Any leftover funds will remain in the AHS c/o 1996 account for future events.) In order to provide an accurate headcount to Harvest Moon for food and set up, we must get your responses as soon as possible. There will be a handful of tickets available at the door, but they will be limited and the cost at the door will be $100/couple and $55/person. SO... Save a few bucks and make life easier for everyone and get your tickets now.

Tickets include facility rentals, a 3 course meal and 3 drinks per person at Harvest Moon, DJ, decorations, and administrative costs such as invitations. Introduction...

If you are reading this, you probably sat in the Albany Civic Center on June 8, 1996, with almost two hundred other classmates waiting for your name to be called. It is hard to believe that ten years have passed and yet in a brief moment you can relive the excitement and anticipation that graduation would bring. The ending of one chapter and the beginning of another. Whatever path you have taken these past ten years, the Class of 1996 would like to invite you back for your reunion on June 17, 2006.

There will certainly be more details to come, but we will need input, your participation and your commitment to make this a great event.
